@xero has today launched an incredible mentoring program to grow talent in our industry, and I’m thrilled to be a Foundation Mentor, supporting other Xero Partners in a collaborative, shared learning experience.

The bookkeeping and accounting world has changed dramatically, it’s now a key strategic role where we work hand-in-hand with businesses to help them thrive. If we want real change and more talent in this space, we need to approach things differently and support each other.
