Day 1 of school holidays down and today looked a little something like this...

7am-9.30am: Breakfast, basketball + client emails.
9.30am-12.15pm: Snack production, video games and SOLID WORK for me!
12.15pm-12:50pm: Lunch production, movie set-up and referee-ing
2pm onwards: bike ride 🙌

And now? EOFY work, which I'll be doing each evening for the next few weeks 🤪

Something you may not know about me is that I have a need for speed! It might surprise you to know that I have a motorbike, boat & jetski licence 🤘🏼 Obviously I don't rack up speeding tickets but if I'm out in the open, I go HARD, ha!

I don't look like the type but having an outdoorsy/rebel soul doesn't mean you can't love numbers too! My last motorbike (sadly pre kids) was a shiny silver Triumph Daytona 🏍

As my business grew I knew I had a golden opportunity to help other women who faced the same challenge. I created Power In Numbers to work through roadblocks and challenges in a supportive group coaching environment.

When I started my business, I'd run between tasks

When I started my business, I'd run between tasks and jump whenever I was asked to. In recent years, I've changed the way I work and I've become incredibly protective of my time. Now my week is predictable and genuinely manageable.

I set aside Friday's to work ON my business, Monday's for client payroll & payments, and the middle of the week for chunky projects and client work. It's not perfect but it's definitely a BIG improvement!
